Psalm 37:1-4, 51:10-12, Matthew 6:19-21
Love God (pt. 4: Heart)

In this series, we analyze the Hebrew Shama found in Deuteronomy 6:4-5. This passage is central to Judaism, and therefore is the emphasis of Jesus' teaching. As we consider the parts of this passage, we are drawn to love God with all of our being.

In this fourth message, we evaluate the metaphorical use of the "heart" and consider what it means for us to love God with all of our hearts. We talk about the importance of seeking God's heart, letting him cleanse our hearts, and centering our hearts on God and his kingdom.
