In this series, we reflect on the importance of worship because we serve a good God. We will consider how worship is more than just singing praise to God, but it also includes biblical motifs such as sacrifice, temple, holiness, righteousness, covenant, and priesthood.
In this fifth message, we look at the various covenants of the Bible. We see how covenants are committed, relational agreements between partners toward a shared goal (for example, the Abrahamic covenant). We have broken covenant with God, but God doesn't abandon us. Rather, in Jesus, the covenant love of God is renewed.
