In this series, we reflect on the importance of worship because we serve a good God. We will consider how worship is more than just singing praise to God, but it also includes biblical motifs such as sacrifice, temple, holiness, righteousness, covenant, and priesthood.
In this fourth message, we consider the word, "righteousness" (dikaiosune). We look at how we are to hunger and thirst for it by living in right relationship with God, ourselves, and others. We contrast the way of righteousness of the religious leaders with the way of Jesus. We see how living rightly includes our intention and priority and now just our actions.
