Everyday is a Winding Road (pt. 4: The Shepherd of Micah)

In this series, based on Sheryl Crow's hit song, Everyday is a Winding Road, we look at the highs and lows of the Minor Prophets and the nation of Israel. We see that through these ups and downs, God is with his people, and he continues to be with us in the crossroads of our lives.

In this fourth message, we look at the evaluation of the leadership in Judah. As a prophet, Micah calls for a change in the leadership of the land as the rulers, priests, and prophets are not serving God or their community well. This points to Hezekiah and ultimately to Jesus, both who are descendants of David in Bethlehem, who will usher in renewal and the kingdom of God.
