This week, we conclude the Jewish high holy days by touching on Shemini Atzeret or The Eighth Day of Assembly. Since this celebration completes Sukkot, Patrick focuses more on the importance of assembly, community, and belonging. God welcomes us at his table and into his presence. He calls us to accept and love all who come to the table.
