This community conversation will center on a basic, introductory discussion about LGBTQ+ related topics such as terminology, pronoun use, heteronormative expectations, medical access, drag, and allyship. The conversation is intended for those in the LGBTQ+ community, their family members, friends, and other allies.
The conversation will take place with a panel of diverse individuals to provide perspectives as members of the LGBTQ+ community, parents, advocates, and counselors. Time permitting, there will be an opportunity to request answers to specific questions and/or to talk to the panelists after the conversation.
A light meal will be provided, so your RSVP is greatly appreciated. You can share your plans to come on the event post or privately by contacting Patrick Wilson, pastor of CrossRoads @ (512) 695-3290 or dr.jpatrickwilson@gmail.com. Please reach out with any questions.
We look forward to you joining us for this conversation.
